This is the man of my dreams, and lucky me… we are “soon to be” together forever. His name is Cameron. We met at the beginning of October in 2010. We dated for about 3 months and fell in love very fast. In January 2011 Cameron left for a study abroad to Jerusalem for 4 months. Something he had planned longer than he had even known me. We were scared but decided to try to keep the relationship going and fell deeper in love over skype and emails. At the end of the semester Cameron came home for a week and left me again for 4 more months to do summer sales in Washington DC. That was a little bit better because we were able to skype more often, call, text, and he even flew me out for a week and we had the time of our lives. Our love continued to grow and when he came home in August, we hit full speed on our journey of love. Since he has been home we have only spent 2 days apart (Thanksgiving day and Christmas day). By the end of November we were ring shopping and by mid December, we were engaged!!! (that story is “soon to” come). For all you engaged women, I am sure you would agree that since you have been engaged, your love has just SKYROCKETED! It really couldn’t get much better. Everything about our relationship just keeps getting better and better, which makes marriage so exciting I can hardly stand it. Hopefully along my research for my own wedding (which as you know is more complex to plan than you ever imagined), you will be able to get some great resources and ideas yourself. HERE WE GO!
This was our first date! Making Pizzas at his parents house. Instant chemistry, if you can see it on our faces.
We ventured up to Logan, UT to see a comedian right after declaring ourselves "official". The new happy couple.
My little sister loves Cameron. He treats her like a gem.
Our first Halloween, I do realize we didn't dress up. Totally lame, we know.
Night Concert
Supporting Cameron's Dad Stan at the St. George Marathon. Such a fun trip!
Cameron got us All Sports Passes this last year and it made for some fun dates.
Hiking Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon in 1 day. Cam has brought out the adventurous side of me and I love it. I have branched out to try more new things with him than ever before. So glad too!
After that crazy hike in the Grand Canyon, 25 miles later we rode home in a small plane. Possibly the best part of the trip.
Our Second Halloween together. Looks like we redeemed ourselves... we won this costume contest!!!
